1. What are the prices of your invitations?
Imported invitations are priced in US Dollars.  Invitations are sold in sets of 25’s and there are prices for each additional set of 25’s ordered.  The more you order, the lesser the unit price for the invitations.  Because invitations are shipped from the United States, shipping, customs, tax and handling fees must be added.  When we provide you a quote or invoice, these charges are included for your convenience.  Prices for Wedding Reflections’ local line of invitations are quoted in TT Dollars.

2. What is included in the stationery prices?
Invitation prices include 16 lines of text (when space allows) printed in coloured ink, unlined envelopes (liners can be purchased for an additional charge on most invitations) and tissue paper.  Reception Card prices include 6 lines of text printed in coloured ink.  Reception Cards DO NOT come with envelopes because they are to be enclosed with the invitation.  Response Cards include 6 lines of text printed in coloured ink and BLANK envelopes.  An inside verse may be printed for an additional charge.

3. Do you provide quotes?
Yes we do.  Simply take a note of the item number of the invitation and fill out the Quotation Request Form and we will respond to you within 48 hours.  Please be sure to provide us information to contact you. You may wish to send us as many requests as you like.

4. Can I choose my own wording or do I have to use what is on the card?
All wording shown on the examples are only suggestions.  Please feel free to write your own or make changes to the verse shown.  If you would like to see some sample verses, please visit our Wording Suggestion Page.

5. Can I email you the wording for you to do the online ordering for me?
Absolutely!  We understand that you have a busy schedule and we are happy to assist.

6. Does changing the colour of the ink for the wording change the design colour?
In most instances, the design is only as shown.  Changing the colour of the ink DOES NOT change the colour of the design.  Some of the stationery we carry does come in more than one colour and they will be listed on the page under the same theme.

7. Do you have a catalogue available?
We do have catalogues available by mail.  However, the catalogue only provides a few picture samples of our products.  We do have sample albums in large binders that provide actual samples you can see and feel the premium papers so that you can make a sound decision with your purchase.

8. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, personal cheques, bank drafts, and bank deposits.

9. Who are your bankers?
Our banker is RBTT Bank.  Our account name is Wedding Reflections, and our account number is 9011018430.

10. How can I show that I made a deposit to your bank account?
Simply fax a copy of your deposit slip to 695-6449 with a cover sheet with your name and contact information.

11. Do you provide delivery?
For Wedding Invitations, we deliver anywhere in Trinidad and Tobago FREE of charge. Any other item, is with an additional charge of TT$50.00.  You must provide a shipping address at which someone will be available to sign and receive your order, if not you yourself.
 
12. How many invitations should I order?
We recommend ordering at least 25 more than you expect to send out.  This will allow for any mistakes you make in addressing and last minute additions to your guest list.  If you do not order enough and have to reorder 25, it can cost as much as your original order, as the printer’s set up charge is included in the first 25.

13. When should invitations be mailed out?
Invitations should be mailed out 2-3 months before the wedding date.  This allows ample time for your guest to respond.

14. What if there is a mistake with my order?
Please check your order very carefully before submitting it to us to be printed, as stationery items will be printed as you submit them.  We spell check each order and we will correct spelling of everything except proper names.  If you receive an item that is misprinted compared to what you submitted you must notify us within 30 days of receipt and it will be reprinted at no additional cost to you.

15. Do I have to use a verse from the website?
The verses shown on the page are to be used as an example.  You may make any changes you like to the verses, or you may choose your own wording.  Please visit our Wording Suggestion Page if you require assistance.

16. What process is used to print your invitations?
All invitations shown on the site are thermographed which is raised lettering, with the exception of Wedding Reflections’ local line of wedding invitations, that are printed on a bubble jet printer, meaning flat printing.

17. Do you provide online proofs of your invitations?
Yes we do.  And at no additional charge to you. However, we have found that they do not always provide an accurate depiction of what your invitation will look like.  While they do give an overall feel for the invitation, they can also be deceiving.  Still, we are willing to the extent possible, provide you an online proof.

18. Do you offer announcements?
All of the invitations on our site can be used as announcements.  The only difference is how the card are worded.

19. How soon can I get my invitations?
After the order is confirmed and payment is made, invitations take approximately 14 days before arriving.  Depending on the time of year, orders may take a little longer, so be sure to order early.

20. How soon can I get my Tokens?
After the order is confirmed and payment is made, tokens take approximately 10 days before arriving.  Circumstances such as flight delay and an overflow of incoming goods during the Christmas season may affect the delivery time.  So, be sure to order early.

21. When is the Chat Online available?
As often as we can, Monday to Friday between the hours of 10:00 am and 12:00 noon. This time may be affected from time to time during the week.  You are free to give us a call with any questions or concerns you may have at:

22. How do I go about ordering Wedding Tokens?
Simply print out our Fax Order Form and carefully fill in the details of your order.  Attach a copy of the Bank deposit slip onto the form and fax it to 695-6449.  We will confirm receipt of your order and payment.
